Withdrawal of unused funds

Stripe/Link purchases

Deposits through Link and Stripe, which remain fully supported. Unused deposits made through Link/Stripe are refundable for up to 90 days

Important Notice Regarding Crypto Withdrawals

Beginning in 2026, withdrawals will no longer be supported for direct crypto deposits made using a feature that was deprecated in mid-2025. Users have been provided ample time to withdraw any remaining funds associated with this legacy functionality.

Please note that we continue to accept crypto deposits through Link and Stripe, which remain fully supported. Unused deposits made through Link/Stripe are refundable for up to 90 days. Anything older than 90 days is not refundable.
